You’ll notice in all three photos I’m smiling big and bad. That’s because I’ve always loved life. The thing with loving life, is you want to experience everything to the fullest, and I simply couldn’t do that the way I was. It just wasn’t an option, my body got in the way.
So I started thinking about what and how I ate. Then I started doing the things I loved, little by little - and I did things in the gym that would help me gain the strength so I could do even more things I wanted to do.
My body - it’s only important to me in that I can live life as fully as I crave. Now all my goals are performance based instead of scale based and I’m loving life more every day.
